By downloading or playing Cycling 318 (the “Game”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Game.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

In-app purchases

The Game is free to play. Optional cosmetic items (such as bikes and outfits) may be offered for purchase through the App Store. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policy. Cosmetic items change only how things look and confer no competitive advantage.

Postcards and shared content

Postcards you create are generated from the Game’s own art together with the choices you make in game. When you choose to share a postcard, you grant us permission to host that image and serve a shareable preview page for it. Don’t use the sharing features to distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful content; we may remove shared content that is reported or that breaches these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don’t reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to disrupt the Game or its servers, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer

Cycling 318 is a relaxing game inspired by the real Sichuan–Tibet Highway. It is for entertainment only and is not travel, cycling, route, fitness, altitude or safety advice. The Game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised terms.
